Breakout is a Midlands-based live music and industry event series built to bring artists, creatives, audiences and people working across music into the same space.

Breakout was created by Hideout Records because the music industry still depends on who you know, where you live and how much financial backing you have.
 

We bring emerging artists, creatives, audiences and working industry professionals into the same space, combining live music with real conversations, practical workshops and a chance to meet people naturally. Breakout exists to break down the walls and make knowledge, connections and opportunity easier to reach for everyone.
 

Breakout is sponsored by The Alternative, a counter-culture creative and marketing studio working across music, film, branding and visual campaigns. They have an impressive portfolio of both corporate and musical projects including The Enemy, The Clause and Misery Signals.
